Abstract Submission

Prospective Authors are encouraged to submit either Full Papers OR Abstracts.

Authors may submit an extended abstract of about 1000 words. Submissions should be formatted in accordance with the ISPRS guidelines. Abstracts should be prepared as pdf document and uploaded using the conference managment tool.

During the submission process of a contribution you have to complete a form by filling in the following information:
  • Author(s) and Organization(s)
  • Titel of contribution
  • Abstract
  • Selecting topis from the topics list that best suit your submission
  • Entering up to five keywords for your contribution

Finally, you have to upload your abstract before the deadline. Updates of already uploaded abstracts are possible till submission deadline. For deadlines please visit : [ Important Dates ]. After the deadline the system closes the upload function automatically.

With the submission of a abstracts the authors oblige themselves to participate at the conference and present their paper in the case it is accepted.

Review process

All abstract will undergo a review process by the Program Chairs. For date of notification of acceptance please visit : [ Important Dates ].

In case of acceptance by the program chairs, these authors are invited to submit a final paper (maximum 8 pages). The decision on the type of presentation will be made based on the suitability of the contribution.

Final papers will be published in the 'International Archives of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences'. For more details, see [ Proceedings ]. At least one author of each paper has to be registered and paid before the deadline to warrant publication of the paper.
