PIA19 - Full Paper Submission

Prospective Authors are encouraged to submit either Full Papers OR Abstracts.

Full paper of maximum 8 pages will undergo a rigorous double blind peer review process, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. To facilitate this, authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not give away their identity.

The author is responsible to ensure that the pdf is made anonymous for the double blind review. -> No names of authors (use xxxxx), no affiliation (use yyyyy) and no references to own papers (use the comment [own citation])

Submissions should be formatted like a final paper in accordance with the ISPRS guidelines. Papers should be prepared as pdf document and uploaded using the conference managment tool. During the submission process of a contribution you have to complete a form by filling in the following information:

  • Author(s) and Organization(s)
  • Titel of contribution
  • Abstract
  • Selecting topis from the topics list that best suit your submission
  • Entering up to five keywords for your contribution

[ Upload via Conftool ]

You have to upload your paper before the deadline. For deadlines please visit : [ Important Dates ]. Updates of already uploaded papers are possible till submission deadline. After the deadline the system closes the upload function automatically.

With the submission of a paper the authors oblige themselves to participate at the conference and present their paper in the case it is accepted.

Review process

All papers will undergo a rigorous double blind review process by members of the Program Committee. The submissions will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Decision on acceptance will be made by the Program Chairs. For date of notification of acceptance please visit : [ Important Dates ].

Rejected papers will be considered again in the following abstract review process. Accepted papers should be revised according to the comments of the reviewers and prepared (e.g. add author names) for the submission of the Final Paper. The decision on the type of presentation will be made based on the suitability of the contribution.

Final papers will be published in "ISPRS Annals of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences". For more details, see [ Proceedings ]. At least one author of each paper has to be registered and paid before the deadline to warrant publication of the paper.
